Water pressure gauge, PU truck tailgate hinge

A brass water pressure gauge, these things are supposed to be decorators items - the American Picker guys love them. Not frozen, don't know how accurate, no makers marks that I can find. Try to get the GF to blow into in the interest of science, she, uuuhh, refused, not the first time that's happened though.

Hinge for a PU tailgate, no idea what make of model. Seems like I have a Chevy once that used this type hinge.
