You can have a well drilled and hit water just about anywhere
Just a matter of how deep ya gotta go
Most times in north ga it costs around $8-10 per foot
You generally want to go 150-200 feet deep
Even of you hit water At 80 feet
You want to make sure you get clean water and that when the water table drops in a few years you will still have plenty

Where in Bartow County are you talking about ? You can go to the closest town court house and find someone there that can help you, unless of course you are going to do it without a permit which you may not need anyway.
