Dude, I'm a GA boy born and raised.

I love running 4 or 5 miles in the summer heat, what a perfect way to pre-game for the peachtree road race.

You can actually feel the humidity, the heat, and the sun, at the same time...I declare.

A lemonade might be in order after that.

In cross country you need 5 people for a team. We'd just need some dudes who know how to run to show up with ODT swag, just to show some support.

When I was young and running competitively, yes. As the years have passed, it’s worse every year.

You'd be surprised however. As long as you can run a 5k, its a great cause.

Running is just one part of physical fitness, I specialize in running at speed, say 400s through 5ks, but people who are jacked with upper body have to carry that when they are running. I almost won the entire race last year, for the APD.

Atlanta track club dusted me, I finished like 80 deep.
