308,270,243 and 30/30. I've killed one doe with a bow. I tracked and tracked and never found her. I could not have asked for a better shot and it felt good leaving the bow. I sold the bow soon after.

Dang ! Do you have corn for your air freshener? LOL
I luckily(?) was not driving when my hunting partner and I got maybe 20 miles on a 140 mile trip and dead centered a doe. Yeah washed out that trip and the grill,radiator,fan and transmission cooler.

Lol yeah. I grew up in the middle of deer heaven and drove a lot at night. I’d say half of them jumped off the bank and hit the side of my car vs. me hitting it head on

Handgun is fun and a bit easier going thru heavy cover. Try it you'll like it!
I am going to get a better scope rather than my red dot and practice more distance
shooting.
