Weather Tech Floorliners suck as well as their Customer Service.

I had them in a jeep and they worked well, put them in my chevy 2500 and had the same problem as okuma Steve. Screws and industrial Velcro seems to help a little but definetly will never buy another set

Got them in my wifes new car and in my truck. Thought about buying the Husky brand but I went with these since it worked out the first time. I HATE buying from companies that do not back their products. I am starting a list and Bodum is right there at the top. If it has your logo on it and we send it to you or prove it was yours you should stand behind it or I the consumer will scream to your detriment. If all consumers do this the manufacturers won't have a choice but to conform or shut up shop.

I bought mine off Ebay and they were new in factory Weather Tech box .I talked to Weather Tech Customer Service Manager since my post he said that he couldnt replace my mat since I didnt buy directly from Weather Tech .The guy on Ebay selling Weather Tech products said that hes a dealer but regardless the mat was made by Weather Tech was new in box and for the price I paid there shouldnt be an issue since they have a warranty .The Customer Service Manage said my problem was from my truck not having a hook in floorboard to keep the mat from moving its funny the passenger side doesnt have a hook and it hugs the kick panel perfect and has never moved or lost its shape .I wonder how the guy on Ebay got all the mats he was selling if he wasnt a dealer he had liners and products for most any vehicle ??The people that got a good set swear by them and its like that with anything if you got a good product I guess you wouldnt have anything bad to say .

Okuma Steve you had the same problem as I did my Driver side mat lost its shape and sticks way out from the kick panel and moves every time you get in and out of the truck .My floor liners are in a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 HD .

I want the digifit, the custom fit with high walls.

Still do not know which one to get, husky or weathertech since both companies for negative review online.
