Weather Tech Floorliners suck as well as their Customer Service.

I just called weathertech.
They said if you got a copy of the receipt you should not have a problem with the warranty. It doesn't matter where you get it. It;s 3 year warranty.
So I'm not sure why they would not give you the replacement.

I absolutely love mine. I bought them sale from cabelas. So far i have driven with muddy snake boots and my wife knocked over a 64 oz drink. The carpet is perfectly clean. I just hose off the mats, dry and put em back in.
I have hooks on both sides. If you don't have hooks your floor you probably won't find any mats that you'll be in love with.

I bought a full set for my Town Country (all 3 rows and cargo area) the same week I bought the van.
I love them. With two kids they are indispensable. I did buy them directly from WT (cheaper than Amazon).
I love their German-made window shades as well.

I did get to talk to the Customer Service Manager and he told me the mat couldnt be replaced because it wasnt purchased directly from Weather Tech .I was told that they could send me a floor hook to attach the mat to the floor since I never receive them in my unopened box and I could bend the mat backwards .I received the hook today with a small roll of two sided tape and no instructions go figure I dont know what the tapes for unless its to tape my butt together so Weather Tech cant have sex with me again ??.Thanks Weather Tech you went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve this issue a hook and a roll of two sided tape with no instructions .Thanks I didnt mean to put you out .I will try Husky the next time Thanks Husky
