I started a weight loss plan/goal Aug 4th after an accident and during my difficult recovery, going to Dr. visits and constantly stepping on the scale at every Dr. I had to go see. And noticing on my chart they wrote the word - Obese.
My weight at that time was 238lbs.

I was down about 20lbs after 60 days when I returned to work but decided to continue to eat healthier and set a weekly or monthly goal to get healthier and lose weight.
Crossing the 200lb barrier and I noticed they had changed my BMI index on my chart to say just -Overweight

This morning I had my yearly physical and noticed my weight and BMI listed as -Normal
This morning I reached a goal weight of 168lbs. I lost 70lbs in 7 months total weight loss.

This was just a celebratory post because I needed to tell someone. Thanks for listening.

Anyone wanting to know how I did it, just ask. I will be glad to share.
Otherwise thanks for reading. Listening.

I am going to get breakfast. At Cracker Barrel to celebrate.
Congratulations!

Congrats OP and everyone else. I've been trying to loose myself. I eat a very small fraction of what I used to eat. It took a while to get used to that. Felt like I was starving all the time. I haven't lost much, but I do feel a little better.
Often times we confuse hunger for thirst!

When I get hunger feeling when I've already ate my meal for the day i drink a glass of water. Usually that reminds me I'm not hungry just thirsty.
