Lowes has always honored my retired ID card. Every store that I`ve been in. Many times without asking. I don`t use it for small purchases,but I`ve had clerks see the card in my billfold and bring it to my attention. Not so with Home Depot. Some stores honor it .Some don`t. Due to this,I never go to Home Depot first.

I had to go to Lowe's yesterday to pick up some pad locks. Wish I had my camera so I could take a bad picture, of a great sign..Lowe's has now dedicated a parking spot for Purple heart recipients. I congratulated some of the employees, for such a fine gesture. Turns out one of their employees pushed hard to make it happen..Congrats to him and Lowe's, My hats off to you well done!

They had Purple Heart parking spots at the Stone Mountain club house.

Their is a ice cream shop in loganville I go to called cherry scoop. My brother served in the army so I have a navy fed acc. Every time I go they see the card and ask if I'm military, I always say no my brother but it's nice to see young people notice something like that and ask.
