Stopped smoking 12 years ago with vaping. I went from a smoker who couldn’t breathe to a douchebag who now has “the lungs of a never smoker” according to my doctor.

So, my company takes out asbestos. In order to do asbestos work, you need an annual pulmonary function test to ensure you can wear a respirator safely. That doctor said vaping saved my life. My regular doctor says vaping is going to kill me.

All I know is I could barely pass the test before I quit. The first year after quitting cigarettes, there was a drastic improvement. 2 nd year, my results are perfect. Vaping works and no… it’s absolutely not worse than tobacco as some would like to believe.

Just don’t buy cheap black market vape **** and you’ll be fine.
