The wait time prediction on NFA tracker is now saying 55% for May. A couple days ago it said 93% for May. Efiled Feb 16th.

I efiled end of January and based on how long it took NWS to get his first stamp I calculated beginning of June. Of course that was under the premise that the wait times were going to stay the same. With NO approvals coming through the pipe I wonder if it won't be until July when I get approved.

What I think is going on is they are having just as a hard of a time accessing the website as we were. Once that gets handled hopefully they'll start pouring submissions on us. That's pretty much just wishful thinking.

"Since we have it on pretty good authority that eForms will be back online in 2-3 weeks, we are going to hold off submitting forms until the system comes back online. If, however, you would like us to submit your form 3 via paper application, just give us a call at the shop and we'll be happy to do that for you."

When I stated that we had it on pretty good authority that eForms would be back up in 2-3 weeks, it was a slight mis-comunication on my part. We actually don't know how long eForms is going to be down but we're going to wait 2-3 weeks to see if we have a better idea at that point what our best option is going forward. When communicating with Dave, I got my wires crossed but don't worry, I have been flogged accordingly!"

There are several people on Arfcom who claimed to have logged in today, and one person said they made a payment.

Some dealers are claiming such too. But it's been down ever since. I'd say it was probably them bringing it up to work on it or pull something.
