when your numbers get better I will be happy to buy you a nice ribeye and what ever else is needed , im a carnivore by nature it would kill me not to have a good steak every now and then
I was diagnosed in 2002 with the Alpha Gal allergy through a volunteer case study at University of Virginia after multiple trips to the ER. No doctors here had a clue what it was back then. I still can't eat mammal meat and it's been 15 years. . My doctor said that going that long with no meat changes your digestive system so much that even when the allergy is gone your stomach will ache when mammal meat is reintroduced into your diet. Turkey, chicken and fish for me
I've got two coworkers who have that. One of them just got blood work back recently saying he was safe and was cleared to eat mammal. With epipen and Benadryl ready he went for it and enjoyed his first cheeseburger in years! Here's hoping you and my other buddy follow suit soon!
