Hey man if you come in a room stepping on toes and trying to be the big man on campus we'll flip your car on it's roof and hang you from the flag pole with duct tape in the parking lot.

Best I've found to just chill and watch and listen until you've got a few trades under your belt and contributed in a POSITIVE way to a few threads.
