There was a special on TV one time where a guy ate McDonald's for one month. He had nothing but McDonald's and supersized everything when he got the urge. The whole time he was under a doctor's care and by the end of the month the doctor had told him to stop eating out all together because he was in horrible health. Liver toxicity, blood toxicity had gained 30 lb there was so much wrong with him it was actually breathtaking. I think I stopped eating fast food all together after I watched that. Plus the fact that every time I eat it I get horrible indigestion and heartburn. I can feel the salt stinging my face it's so bad.
