Well this is unexpected

I find that most of the time, those who do the most yelping about how much of a piece of junk a gun is, are the ones who have little to no trigger time with said gun.

Decent gun with an awful trigger. Feels good in the hand but that trigger makes it very difficult to shoot well. Yes, you can tinker to make it better (I've done 2-3) but it never gets great...

I think the biggest issue I see is that it appears they made the sear with small hammers. I can work with that. Plenty if metal there.

My buddy has a sigma I am trying to buy off of him but it jams on 115grn federal, 124 grain winchester nato, and sometimes tula. What would ya'll do? sorry to hijack! I'm trying to like the sigmas.

I recommend them to folks on a tight budget. I'd take a Sigma every day of the week and twice on Sunday over a poly Taurus...

I wouldn't buy a gun with a known issue unless it was priced accordingly. Then I would ship back to SW and let em fix it.

Bubba gunsmithing would be my first thought - dremels and guns don't mix in general. I've owned 3 or 4 and all have been 100% reliable. All I've owned have been "VE" models and I think some of the early "F" and "V" models could be temperamental...

Especially with people asking $800 for Glocks right now. My $250 Sigma shot just as good as my "$800" Glock today.

I'll still carry my XDs 45 though
