Well this is unexpected

I took some time this afternoon and detail stripped the gun. I removed the pigtail spring and cut 4 rows on the outer spring on the sear. I also lightly polished the machining marks on the contact surfaces.
After I reassemble it I took it out back and put 3 mags through it. Trigger is much improved. No more creep. It was very noticeable. My son has claimed the SW now. I told him he could have it until we got him a Gen 2 G19 after the stupidity dies down.

I've got a flawless gen2 19 with my name on it for 300 bucks! My brother in law owns a convienant store and took it in on someone's debt and told me he would let me have it for 300. So now im patiently waiting on him to fork it over......tick tock. And it will be a keeper!
Sweet. There's something about a Gen2 G19 that makes me smile. Let me know when the bug hits and you want to sell it
Never had a gen 2 so don't really know how they feel in the hand. But I like the looks of them. So we'll see. And you'll be the first to know if I get a hankering for trading or selling it.
