WL Weller Special Reserve is excellent budget whiskey.

Haven't seen any of their other offerings in quite awhile.

This is much better than Makers to me and much cheaper. It's hard to believe it's so cheap but so hard to find....seems like supply and demand would drive prices up!

I'm sure it will get more expensive eventually, as people discover it. I used to get Old Grandad dirtcheap buts its more than doubled in the past few years. Definitely a "hidden" gem in my opinion.

1792 used to be that way. Now it's more than Bulleit.

I visited Buffalo Trace last year where Weller is made. Weller 12 is almost non existent now. Pappy (also made at Buffalo Trace) is easier to find (but harder to pay for!) than Weller 12. Pappy is good but wasted on me. 100.00 per shot or more is crazy to me unless you're paying!
