I’d recommend beer to help it pass.

Flomax, pain meds, and a beer or two.

I had to have a large one broken up and removed this passed February

Best thing to try that has worked for me is eat a whole can of asparagus and drink a 2 liter of cola as quick as possible and hold it as long as possible, the asparagus opens the veins and the same acid that is in cola that causes kidney stones also helps break them down, again this works for me hopefully it will work for you as well.

Drink a ton of water and avoid to drink sodas.
