This was part of a partial trade.. I had plans to just flip it but now it is one of my favorite pistols that I own. with some customization it went from an ugly robocop plastic gun into what a sig should look like. Before and After photos attached.

No trigger slap on an open bolt.I unfortunately don’t have an SBR version but I have the pistol and a carbine M11. The trigger slap is something else on these things.
I guess you don’t have that problem with an open bolt make it rain variant.
I sure wish I wasn’t one of the poors and had patience for a stamp or two.
This is greatness. I’m speechlessThe title of "My favorite gun" goes to my recently finish Apocalypse rifle. The Apocalypse rifle was a few years in the making. It took me 1000hrs deciding what would be the ultimate SHTF all-around combat rifle. At its core, it needed a to be a transferable M16. In my mind, it needed to be an auto-stamped M16A2.
Not only was it an M16A2, but after 3yrs of searching, I managed to track down one of a handful transferable M4A1's from the Keosayian Collection. These are transferable guns that were factory built in 2008. These are essentially modern day M4A1's with A2 roll marks and 1985 registered SN's. The Apocalypse rifle project was based off the M16. Since this is a take to the grave gun. A gun that I plan to roam the wasteland for 20yrs, raping, raiding and pillaging, it needed to be the best M16 I could possibly buy. The first pic is this guns sibling that popped up currently on GB (5 SNs apart). There is about 7 of them. All of them I'm sure remain unfired, other than mine. Most collectors would cringe at that thought that I took this 6figure NIB gun and modified it and rag it out at the range weekly. But they should understand this is a take to the grave gun. My primary tool as a nomad wandering the wasteland without end. This Apocalypse rifle is my friend and an extension of myself, a soulmate as well as insurance.
Configuring the gun was the most time consuming. Hundreds of hours on deciding whether to go with Colt, KAC or LMT. What barrel length? Gas system? Optics? Laser/NV? To help speed up my decision making, I bought about 20k worth of accessories and would sell what I decided against.
In the end, I went with what I felt was the absolute best and could not be happier with my decision. I initially had a light, MAWL-C1+, VG, guci grips, but in the end I settled on a clean and clutter free package. Robust and reliable with quick change barrels. It is the smoothest shooting, controllable machinegun I have ever shot. I would not change a thing now, as I already would have. It is perfect in my mind.
In the stock, I have a large 5" ferro rod with 5050 cordage wrapped around it. Measured it to fit exactly in one of the battery compartments. In the other battery compartment, I have the striker, fishing line, hooks, oil and a single bullet in the case I find myself in a situation where it might be best to just call it quits... In the pistol grip, I have a bore snake.

You can have a real glock for under 500 bucks and then take it to glock in Smyrna and they will make it practically new again for free.I just picked one up for $100 at a LGS. It’s the 17 frame. Kind of excited for it. Think I can have a decent Glock clone for under $500.
Some idiots on here would say it's a franken gun. They have no idea and would think a off the shelf Windham Weaponry shelf rifle would be a better option. They have no clue! This is greatness. I’m speechless
