What do I need to load rifle cartridges

I'm so glad you said that because I didn't know that pistol cartridges needed to be trimmed! Too bad trimmers and chamfer/deburrers are so darn expensive. Do you know anyone selling any for under $75?
Very rarely do you need to trim pistol brass, they usually fail before they exceed case length specs.

For dies your brand of choice, make sure you get a Full Length resize die set. For trimmers checkout Little Crow Gunworks. For chamfer/deburr tool any brand will work.

another big fan of little crow gun works. WFT2 and inserts is what I use. I use a VLD lyman chamfer tool. I chuck both in a drill press. IF you go with the WFT...get a carbide endmill.

Right now, unless you already have all of the components on hand or are re-loading purely for accuracy/performance, you need to have a lot of time on your hands with nothing better to do.
