What does the death rattle of an auto company sound like?

That hot chick was the wife/girlfriend of the lead singer. Who says drugs and fake won’t get you laid? LOL
Okay let me just say that most of these songs on this album were pretty weak ****. This was a Top 40/MTV album. Whitesnake was never a great band but they did do better work than this.
And yes it would have made for great Jaguar commercials.

I'm not up to speed on this one. I had high hopes for the Eco Boost engines but I have heard and read about more failures than I expected.
Really? I have heard the opposite. Who knows, I’ll update in a few thousand miles.
I love Turbo as a power adder. Easy on motors.
Probably people buying performance and not maintaining as they should.

Ah. Any curmudgeons/dinosaurs on here remember the ill-fated 1958 Ford Edsel ? I have the scale model version in the light green/white color. Thanks.
I drove a few to car auctions. Also drove some Hudsons, Studebakers, Kaisers, Borgwards(4 speed on the column), HenryJ, A Model Ford, some type of Chryslers that had automatic transmissions along with a clutch. You used the clutch if you wanted to. I forget how this really worked. 4 speed Corvairs were fun.

I saw the Benny Johnson video about this yesterday. There's a very good reason why Ford sold off their interests in Jag/Land Rover over 15 years ago. They saw the losing writing on the wall. I got to drive both brands when I was at the port and I can tell you that they had problems with electricals and throwing codes right off the ship. And they were ALL well over $100K in 2018 dollars. I would bet those same ones I drove are already at auctions or collecting dust on used lots now. If anything depreciates worse than Dodge it's Jag/Land Rover. And that's because everyone knows they make overpriced junk.
And now they've made it worse with the super woke ad that didn't even have a car in it. I predict that they will soon go the way of the now extinct Saab company. They certainly deserve to.
I've never owned a Jag, but have owned one Land Rover. Never again! What an unbelievably over priced (both sticker and maintenances / repair costs) POS.
