It's a clever social commentary on the inevitable collapse of any republic, governed by its own constituents, in the wake of elevating something over another thing and then venerating said thing in the place of that which ought to be truly venerated and how then the compliance arm of said republic will allow it to happen, if not openly encourage it; eventually exposing its own inner corrupt core.

1) It's "Q" not "O."
