What gun does your wife or girl friend ACTUALLY carry or likes to shoot ?

As much as I have tried to introduce her to my 5.7, she never misses an opportunity to tell me she had a lot more fun with her ex's 10mm.

My wife usually tries to carry my nuts in her purse and shoot her mouth off. As far as a gun she has a Ruger sr22 that collects dust 95% of the year.

That's exactly what my wife has and it's collecting dust also except we do shoot targets in the backyard quite often.

My wife has shot most of the guns I own or have owned. Of all of them she doesn’t like anything Glock and prefers her Gen 1 Shield.

My wife always liked a J frame Smith, until I let her shoot my Ruger LC9, and now it's not mine anymore.

Wife shoots a Gen 3 G19 and loves it… took me by surprise…. Point being… You're going to see feedback all over the map. Let her shoot a bunch and decide, which is what we did.

My gf carries a G42 or SIG P365 (depending on purse!). Shoots them both very well but prefers to shoot the P365 at the range.

This was the first gun I bought my wife after we got married in 1987. She was not afraid to shoot it.. When we practiced she shot center mass on the first shot and rest she was shooting for the head . lol

My wife likes to shoot the G42 but carry's S&W Bodyguard 380. It is way lighter than the G42. She shoots both about the same. Maybe better with the G42 but not by much.

If she's not versed in weapons, I'd go with a revolver. Less required practice to be good with it. Next if possible go with a 44 spl. Good stopping power and would require less shots fired. Just my 2 cents
