What is the deal with the "infractions" on here?

You've never been a member of a forum like this before because there has never been a forum like this before.

Don't like a price? Make a comment, get an infraction.

Don't like a price? Move along and get along.

I can't say I FEEL much different than you. I just BEHAVE different than you.

Really is pretty simple.

Not trying to be condescending or anything. No sarcasm here. It just is what it is.

And thanks for being a supporter! This place really is kinda cool. I hope you have May 13th on your calendar!

I understand infractions and rules but I don't see how some people seem to get away with it more than others. I'm browsing on here at least a couple hours a day and the same people make smart ass comments but I never see them dissappear for a say here and there as those infractions add up.

We don't see everything, please report anything you see that should be removed.

I got my first "official" infraction for being VERY sarcastic. That said... It's not the first time I COULD have gotten one.

Deal with it or sign off I say. The rules are there for a reason.

Maybe if more people called out the obvious gougers, we might find ourselves with some price stabilization on here.

Being an ass to other members will do nothing to stabilize the market, it'll just run off new members and get us the reputation of being a bunch of assholes over here.

The market will stabilize when people stop paying the high prices, its that simple.

We don't have amendments here, we have rules, please follow them. You think it's childish to infract people, I think it's childish to not be able to follow a few rules.

Fair enough. But don't you think the long term effects of a new member coming on here, buying a 75$ lower for 300$ and then realizing what happened and feeling screwed...and never coming back... to be a bigger risk? What about the person who wants to buy but sees .223 selling for .80+/round and thinking "damn these people are crazy," and not signing up...let alone becoming SUPPORTERS.
