I wasn't born yet when it came out. But, I'm old enough that they had good movies on Sat and Sun afternoons on TV though

the story line was alittle corny and after about episode 19....it really started lacking in teaching area but the series Jerico........i think it did a decent job for basic cable tv. its on netflix right now and the basic story is a like 20 city nuclear blast that pretty much just leaves some of americas heartland and how a town that was uneffected dealt with no power, outside government, security, and all that jazz.
