I once met a guy for a deal, and then noticed another vehicle on the far side of the parking lot, an AR clearly visible leaning against the dash. Nothing like coming armed with a buddy for overwatch. No issues with the sale, though.

That's good stuff. I would have been a bit more polite and kept the carbine below the dash until needed.

I haven't killed anyone in several years, but I don't carry a piece for looks or intimidation, if I feel my family or myself is in danger, there would be no hesitation in using it. You can't hire a Lawyer if you're laying Dead in a parking lot.
If you discuss anything here is it considered premeditation? I think each person has to make that call on their own. I hope I never have to find out.
