hypothetically speaking..at that point you are in eminent danger...unless you have training to the situation..drawing a gun on a drawn gun is a losing situation unless you can create distraction or distance..just let it go unless you have the confidence to move quicker and out stare the other guy....your life your decision

Sure but the point is no one's life should have a price. If I'm drawing my gun or shooting it at someone, the value of an object should never cross my mind.
