What is your training GOAL?

My goals are usually the same every year, whether I get around to them all equally or more is a different story.

I want my main focus to be fitness this year.

Ever since I switched from manual labor to a desk job last year I've been feeling it. I have to make myself be active now where before it was just something I did, kinda strange it's more of a mindset shift than anything else.

My goal is to get focused on something that turns On the drive to improve myself. I really enjoy shooting, and love the sport of firearms. I figured start there and build up. Run, lift, smell some burnt powder. Surprise myself, crush goals, meet some cool folks and be better prepared than those that didnt think this way before the **** goes down.
