What kind of air intake is this?

Only in Macon. Fun fact, just found a spent round in our parking lot this morning. Could be related if it was near Eisenhower.

Actually it's pretty much the same exact story in Brunswick. Especially in this shotty area right off Hwy 17 called Arco. I used to work at the Port with people from Arco and there was more than one car with a bullet hole or two in it.
