What powder and Why ???

First -- what is the twist rate on your barrel? (1 in 9,1 in 7,1 in 8, 1 in ten)
Second -- what size bullet are you going to use?

Generally, the faster the twist rate (1 turn in 7 inches), the heavier the bullet can be and still be accurate at long ranges -- more than 100 yards. If you have a 1 in 9 -- that is what I have -- I would stay below 65 grains on the bullet size and use BLC-(2). I like it because it gives good results and meters well. It also will work in the 30.06, 308, and 30-30. I am not sure it is the best for any of them, but it works well for me.

If you have a bolt action gun with a 1 in 12 or 14 twist, I would go with the 45 grain bullets.
