What to do if you come face to face with a mountain lion

Couple of weeks ago the neighbor on the other side of the mountain called and said he got two pics of a mountain lion on his trail cam and then saw it walk behind his garage. My garden is 200 yards down from the house so when I’m picking or planting I‘m also packing.

You have to use
1) your mouth, to bite back
2) your feet, to hold it down
3) always have a good machete….

Daaaaaaaaamn!!!!! I NEVER would have thought it took that many whacks!!! I good reason to keep your machete sharp if you don't carry.

He was a pretty small fella when they zoomed out and could see the lady. 5'10" and 150 lbs. Crazy story.

It always baffles me that people still go into the wilderness without a firearm.

When you say wilderness, are you referring to Atlanta or the woods?
