What's going on the smoker/grill today?

My granddaughter sent this pic a few minutes ago, she grilled up some maple glazed, cheese stuffed jalapeño poppers wrapped with venison tenderloin. They look really good, wish I could try them (she’s still at college in Alabama working on her master’s degree).

Just put 8 pork tenderloins on the RecTec. I will be sharing about 1/2 of them with the neighbors. Cheaper than buying them a fast food sandwich and a lot more appreciated. Should be ready about 630. A little salt, pepper, and melted butter once sliced. The little grandboys call them meat cookies.

Pork tenderloins are so good. Super tender and zero waste. If you get them on sale it's a true bargain. What you buy is what you eat. I'm overdue to cook a few.
