What's going on the smoker/grill today?

If nothing else, we do tend to eat good on here. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and gets to spend time with their families.
Going over to sister-in-law's parent's house for Christmas dinner. Large family, everyone brings a dish, brother-in-law gonna fry a couple of turkeys, probably have a ham, maybe roast beast too.
Have to have a cripple's table.. the mom is recovering from a fall and broken arm and hip, me and one of the grandsons are still getting over lung surgeries.
Four generations. With all the in-laws, outlaws, and chirren probably be 25-30 folks.
 
Wife and I went to Costco in Cumming Saturday. Wasn’t really looking to get a pork loin but they had them on sale for $8.00 off the regular price. Picked up one that weighed 9.94 lbs priced at 19.78 ($1.99 per lb)
But we paid $11.78 (1.19 per lb). Prepped it yesterday cut it in half, slathered it in yellow mustard, rubbed it with this and in the fridge overnight.

After injecting with apple juice put it on the smoker this morning. 5 hours later this is the result

Pulled and packaged for the freezer! 4 lbs for Brunswick stew, some pulled and sliced for sandwiches.
