If you love American motoring history and haven't been, I'd highly recommend it. Yes the focus is on motorcycles, but there are cars from each generation leading into the 60's. Matt is now the curator after his father, Dale, passed away early last year. The passion he has for this history matches that of his late father's 100%.
What I think is unique about the museum is that it's "The Museum That Runs". They fire up and run the motorcycles throughout the day, even the very old and rare bikes.

For me, it was my church on a Sunday and I didn't leave until I became a lifetime member of the museum.

Even if you don't care for the museum, the area is beautiful as well, especially this time of year. But I'll tell you, even my wife and son enjoyed the history. Even got to meet Matt and listen to him tell a few stories.

These are just a few of the pics I took while we were there.

Nice place. We were there when Dale was still alive. He autographed a ball cap for me.
His son is just as genuine. I never met Dale but have seen him in various videos. My son loves the place because, in his 11 year old words, they treat him like royalty. The few times we have now been, we've been able to chat with Matt. He doesn't seemed rushed and really is just genuinely as excited as you are about history.
