If so I guessed I can see it being a good stop, but the way the two officers turned tail after she identified who she was sure didn't look good.

it most likely didnt come back because of who she was. some have said that higher positions like state attorney and fbi wont come back for security reasons

As long as the law applies equally to all people then I have no problem with it. I was parked on the side of a road by my house in CA at night eating a hamburger minding my own business when a CA CHP pulled up behind me and hit me with that bright spotlight. I answered his questions and he left. I'm as white as the background on this post.
