Where is the best place to get flashlight batteries

I've just recently discovered the Eneloop rechargeable AA and AAA at Costco.

They're fantastic! They go into all of my LED flashlights. My side-by-side comparisons have shown a noticeable increase in brightness for most of my lights. Plus, they're always charged, even if sitting around a few months.
