Where to get ammo cans today

Anyone know of a place I can get ammo cans in northeast Georgia today without getting ripped off?

Foxhole, Georgia gun store, and The Outdoor Depot all have some. Foxhole has some of the long 40 mm cans for $16.

For long term storage, I use empty 1 gallon paint cans. They cost $5.00 each at Lowes or Home-Depot. I take the bullets out of the box and put them into ziplock bags and then into the paint cans.

5 bucks for can and lid? Just go to paint department and ask for them?

Yes - Can and lid for $5.00. They are on the shelf near the brushes and rollers. Always there and cheaper than ammo cans. Also, your liberal neighbors will not get their panties in a knot looking in your garage.

I store my crap in the house, no A/C in the garage.

I just buy ammo at georgia arms and get them for free...Not necessarily in the NE area but worth the drive if you are ever getting low on target ammo...

They are only open during the week and I work then.

some some 30 cal at walmart for $16. Dawsonville Gun& pawn have the same ones last time I was there $14
