Where to get my slide cut for RMR

So I got a Gen 3 Glock 19 and am thinking about ordering a Trijicon RMR-

Here's the question

Who knows where I can get my slide cut for a permanent install vs the bracket that hijacks the rear sight cut out. I want to co-witness suppressor sights on it.
