Where to post a raffle for 4H club?

I am trying to figure out if I can post an ad for the Nassau County 4H non profit. I have tickets to sell for the raffle of a brand new Remington 1187 Sportsman semi auto shotgun in Mossy Oak. Just trying to make sure if it's ok to do it and where to place it?

You do not have to be present to win it.
