Which grip for my Glock 29

So I finally got my $450 Glock! I got a Glock 29 gen 2.5.

First... Need some opinions on it.

Second... Which rubber grip should I put on it, or should I leave it be.

Finally... I'm a 10mm virgin so what's the opinion on the round.
