I have to admit, I want to try it. I am a fan of No Reservations and Bizarre Foods
I predict you will either love it or absolutely hate it. I haven't met many people who say it is just "OK".
If it's vinegary or spicy somehwat I'll love it.
Then you should love it. Here is some cabbage kimchi. It's made primarily with red pepper paste, vinegar and spices. We also eat Bokchoi Kimchi and Cucumber Kimchi.
Prolly why i've never heard of it that looks nasty!
Some of the summer kimchi is good, but dude, watch out for the winter kimchi!

Yea true, but I can say i've never heard of this stuff. I don't this they have it down here.
You will find it at most Korean restaurants or Asian markets.
