Thank u sir. Funny thing is the first hole in my fire board (without the bow) was 20 min of no go. Second hole (with the bow) an in 5 min I had open flame. I can't really call it a success since I needed 550 cord instead of just a knife/saw and some sticks

I've actually done this a time or two myself, just to see if I could. Unfortunately I don't have pictures. I will say I've found it is much easier for me to carry firestarter when I hit the woods! LOL
