Quicken Will Maker doesnt include the trusts portion in the program anymore. I think they stopped doing it in 2009. However, it gives you free access to the online NOLO.com version.

I believe mine was from 08

Doug King did my trust many years ago. Below is the guy I recommend you use. All he does is NFA trusts, and his prices are very competitive. I have had some long discussions with Roy, and he knows his stuff.

And get an attorney to do your trust. If you ever have issues, they will assist you. It is money well spent to protect expensive items.

I found two minor errors in the personal info he entered... The funny one was that my name was listed a one of the three people that would determine if I was mentally incapacitated at some point. Well, more incapacitated than now anyway.
