I was in the stand 30 before daylight until 6pm and didnt see a thing! Kinda dissapointed last year sucked i hope this year is alot better! Been setting up for two months everyday im off so i hate to think its gonna be a bad year.

Same here....I think I'd have let the little guy go.
I ended up seeing 2 deer too far to shoot, a coyote that ran behind me and a hog that dissapeard in the brush. All in all a good day, the weather was perfect and very peacefull. Eventhough I didnt get anything I was just glad to be in the woods.
A family busted up my hunt this morning. Seen a couple does they were slowly coming my way then they bolted. Then I seen the family they setup fishing then the kids screaming begin when they started catching fish. I'm all for getting the youngsters into the outdoors but dang seriously opening day bow season morning at 8am in the morning.
