Who knew that Praying Mantises were an exotic pet?

Over the winter we had a few green anoles make their way inside. Instead of putting them out in the cold we got them a whole studio apartment set up. About a month ago, we let them back out.

This little dude still hangs around and will actually jump on my arm if I put it out. He returns to my avocado tree every night.

our chickens love snakes lol(the small ones) they will run around with the snake playing tackle the man with the ball... then it gets ate up.

They’re usually very skittish. It’s normally impossible to get anything close up like this. Every morning I get my coffee, sit on the porch and check on him (or her).
