As far as locals, there are people who can do it, but aren’t really professionals in the industry. It’s not a terribly hard conversion to do, and if it’s not under warranty already, might be worth at least looking up. If you’re wanting to have a professional do it, HEAT, relicraptor, sureshot and a few others are more than competent and fair.
