Looks like you cooked the crap out of it.
That's a damn fine meal right there. No joke. I've had rabbit and turtle cooked the same way. All you need is a little cumin, smoked paprika and some sage to pull it all together. YUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!
