I'll probably never use them. Pulled a tractor home on a car hauler the other day without them since I don't even have a controller in my truck. Tacoma. Worked shockingly well and this is hilly country. But I do plan to go back to a full sized truck so you know.... "Better to have and not need than...."Yes brakes are a must I believe.
Can't keep 'em off the ganjaUtility trailers so high? 4x6 5x8
I prefer it. Mine is 7500lb GVW. Has brakes on all 4 wheels. My Dad's is 10000lb GVW with a military hitch. Both trailers are used to the maxYes brakes are a must I believe.

The skid steers and track hoes are where the weight isI'll probably never use them. Pulled a tractor home on a car hauler the other day without them since I don't even have a controller in my truck.
