Why do people always "try to help you out?"

What if I have a good friend working at Academy and they can buy it for me on Black Friday with their 20% employee discount? Does that mean your price to me should be $80? I wouldn't even have to go to the store, he'll drop it off here.

Dude, I wouldn't post that plan on the WWW.

Well I know you would not do that!! It might be considered a straw purchase. Just my humble opinion

I want to know why some people have to jump on my for cell threads and just have to point out that I could have sold the item for a lot more. I mean what purpose does that serve? Just trying to make me feel like a failure at neckbearding? Why?
Same thing happened to me the other day. 3 different members made me feel like I priced an item way too low and im still a little chapped about it.

I think he meant that his friend was going to buy the gun for himself and then have buyers remorse on the way home and decide to swing by his house and ask him if he wanted to buy it from him for what he had in it.

Me personally if someone tries to "help me out" I'm fine with it but just PM me and don't post it publicly. I don't do that unless they made a gross mistake but whatever they want to do. If I find a retailer selling it cheaper than I listed it I'll change my price because even if it is a new gun, since I took it home it becomes used. Just look at the S&W Sport II I just sold. I listed the retailer in the thread that had it cheaper than I listed it and changed the price because I'm not a retailer I just change my mind a lot haha.

I'm just giving you a hard time man. You've been around here long enough to know that when you start a thread like this you're pretty much just painting a bullseye on yourself and inviting everybody to take a shot. LOL

Price your stuff as you see fit and just ignore any negative PMs you get. I would tell you to avoid starting threads like this also, but I enjoy them, so feel free to keep posting.

lol I know. I've seen enough of these post to know what to expect. I do love a good challenge though.

That's what I thought too. Just wanted to make sure some ass.... didn't misunderstand what he was saying.

Just did the same thing with my 10/22.
