Why do people suck?

Sometimes you have to use a heavier grit compound to remove the color or remove the top layer of paint to smoth it out. Then use a polishing compound to make it shine. Try the polishing compound first. If that doesn't work try McGuire's cutting compound and finish it with the polishing compound. If you use a buffing machine be careful not to put to much pressure on the pad. Go from top to bottom in smooth passes. Same goes for polishing. If you are not careful you can burn right through the paint.

Some a**hole hit my truck with their buggy at Costco this morning. Left about a 2” skid mark.

I was there before they opened, there were PLENTY of spots, I wasn’t near a cart return, and I was parked way in the back. Someone dang near almost would’ve had to do it on purpose.

How does that happen?! 🤦‍♂️

Looks like it’s surface level but didn’t come off when I scrubbed it. What’s my dummy proof way to get it off?
Some people do suck but this reminded me of a hilarious event way back in the day when I was a teenager or a little older. Me and a buddy was in a Kmart parking lot that was mostly empty and it was a pretty windy day. We were just about to get out when he noticed the wind was pushing a buggy in a straight line right towards a car that was no joke about 50 yards away. He is quite the athletic fella and got out of the car and took off like a rocket to try and intercept that buggy B-lining it towards the car. It was literally like a movie, the buggy was picking up speed as he was coming in at an angle every couple seconds glancing to see where the buggy is. Right before, and I mean right before the buggy hit the car he literally tackled the buggy over and then got up and clapped his hands together real loud and yelled “woo!” All while I was just cracking up in the car at his full blown sprint and successful tackle of the rolling missile. One major dent(that buggy was moving!) and scratch saved at least for that day.
