Why do this?

Can someone explain to me why anyone would state on an open forum that they are OK with committing a felony and trading across state lines?

I'm sure OS wants notoriety for the site but I don't think he wants it from BATFE. I reported the post this morning and I hope one of the mods nukes it soon. The post ended with a "smiley" but I don't think that matters much...
